DRAINAGE PROBLEMS

We specialize in drainage design for the rural homeowner. Grading and drainage plans, local permitting, we can solve most problems. Driveway culverts, low water crossings, there are no projects too small.

Providing pavement management and preservation strategies for home owners, associations and local entities.  Pavement management and preservation is the sustainable solution.

PAVEMENT PRESERVATION

Asphalt pavements are designed for a 20 year lifecycle. Deterioration starts at year 12, however with proper pavement preservation the pavement can last 40 years.  One dollar spent today on pavement preservation can save ten dollars in future pavement reconstruction costs.

Most municipalities require electronic drawings for their permitting processes.  We can provide drawings that will speed up the permitting process.

FOOTING DESIGN

We provide footing design for metal buildings and can design a retro fit foundation so that your manufactured home can meet federal lending requirements.  Currently permanent foundations are required for all manufactured homes with a federally backed mortgage.

FLOODPLAIN SOLUTIONS

Provide design solutions for developing in a designated FEMA floodplain. Our Certified Flood Plain Managers can provide solutions that meet FEMA Permitting requirements.
